Begin in Geneva; where global sport, law, and diplomacy converge. Build fluency in the governance and political structures shaping world sport. 

3 x 1.5hr weekly, live, webinars 

Across three online sessions, explore how AI is transforming sport and leadership. You’ll learn where AI is already accelerating strategic decisions, the human skills needed to stay competitive, and how leading organisations ensure AI enhances, rather than replaces, people.

Session 1: The New Superhero: AI is already smarter than most humans
Session 2: Raising our Future: AI is not going to replace you, but someone using AI will
Session 3: The Integration of AI and Human Beings (A psychologically safe high-performing environment) Blending specialists with generalists

These sessions will build on the economic environment for sport, the size and scale of the sport market, opportunities, challenges, threats, future directions and disruptive forces.

Finish in Manchester with two focused days on world-class performance. We’ll examine the DNA of champions, how winning teams are built, and the behaviours that drive consistent success.
