VSI Sporting Directors Summit 2019

 

The sixth VSI Sporting Directors Summit brought together industry experts from across sport to discuss the role of the Sporting Director.

 

Representatives from premier league football clubs, super league rugby, politics, law and business descended to create a lively environment that focused on executive leadership roles within sport.

 

Hosted by James Cooper from Sky Sports, the Sky Sports cameras gathered to speak to former Bury FC CEO Karl Evans, Glasgow Rangers Director of Football Mark Allen, three-time Premier League winner Robert Huth and former Everton and Aston Villa CEO Keith Wyness.

The panel of Mark Allen, Jonathan Northcroft, chief football writer for the Sunday Times and Keith Wyness got stuck into debate around the sporting director and CEO roles.
